Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original brand packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and tags, and pack it securely inside a sturdy shipping box.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package before sending it to our Scottsdale, Arizona location via a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
